使用Raksmart 2天不到，遇到的7个问题

- 工单技术说，无法添加内网，必须在创建订单的时候勾选，只能退款重新下单，属于技术难题；

- 刚下单，遇到这个问题，没1分钟，退款到余额重新下单，还扣手续费？？？

- 工单技术说只有物理机能加v6，加不了v6,销售说 是大陆优化就能加v6.？？？听谁的？

- 后台流量统计太迟滞，一天一更新；

- 管理后台，一言难尽，特别在手机上。。。

- 网站明确说内网不计费，但是流量双向计费。。。

- 工单技术不太聪明的样子，沟通困难。。。

我说我用的是内网 内网 内网 一台入站 40GB 通过内网从另一台出站。流量统计不太对。内网不应该统计。客服跟我鬼扯，不知所云。说后台统计显示80GB正常的。
