api.deeplx.org 反复返回 HTTP 429 Too Many Requests

Endpoint: https://api.deeplx.org/<valid_token>/translate

我已经确认 <valid_token> 是有效的，并且已经 rotate 过一次 token。

本来接入 KISS Translator，报了 429，接着使用 curl 做测试。下方是 bash 脚本。```
