^-^

Hello Huang,
Our team is working on a new queue management system that will let customers join an official queue for new deployments and upgrades, and we'll announce it next week! Once it's ready, we will send an email and announce it in Discord. Of course, we'll manage the queue on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure fairness.
As soon as the system is announced, you can join the upgrade queue and receive updates as soon as resources are available.
Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
Kindest Regards,
Sean Harper - Customer Care Engineer | Sales & Accounting
