三. 最终结论
也就是说对于免费和升级账户来说
相同点：
- 硬盘总量200g不变
- 硬盘200g以内的时候，硬盘性能可以改到最大120VPU，免费
- 每个小鸡的硬盘最小47g
- 2台amd免费小鸡不变，且可以和Arm机器同时开，只要硬盘不超200g
不同点：
- arm主机总额度不同，免费账户最大2c-12g，升级账户最大4c-24g

其实还有个限制，免费用户带宽被固定在50M，不按界面显示的随ocpu调整，这是半年前开始出现的，升级可以解决
